Cancellation and Refund

At Detailers Store (operated by Autoteck Car Accessories), we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Below are the terms related to order cancellations, returns, and refunds.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • To cancel, please contact us immediately at:
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) also follow the same cancellation window.


Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong item received
  2. Product received in damaged or defective condition

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video must be provided showing the issue from the moment of opening the sealed package.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The claim is made beyond 24 hours after delivery.
  • No unboxing video is shared.
  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.


Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the issue is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges (subject to approval).


Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
